@xvpower Hyodo is super rich and the big boss, endou is middle-rich (if he still has his bog money) and a middle manager. It has already been established in Kaiji canon (Tonegawa's Series) that middle managers must treat their subordinates with respect or the subordinates will sabotage the manager and the manager will be replaced. These men are bored and restless from doing nothing for 8 hour shifts every day. You'd think to see a little bit of anger or subversive behavior. Maybe in the next chapter?

Endou almost snapped on that guy there. Incredible self control, but the reason he didn't was because he knew it would be counterproductive.
