Weren't they all dead in the first chapter? Seems like the achievement is based on some pun.

It feels like there's a lot of untranslated puns in this manga. Well, they're very often untranslatable, but I think in those cases translator's notes could be useful to at least make some sense of the story itself.

Nope. No pun. Just says "Everyone's dead together". Well, nakayo-shi is a pun, but that doesn't matter much into the actual joke.

I think it was supposed to be more of a visual gag, or maybe the mangaka didn't think of the 'trophy' joke back in chapter 1.

I see. Yeah, it looks like dying together just refers to how they all died in the same encounter and in a short period of time, which seems to be different from how it happened in chapter one.

Chapter one was probably two different monsters in total, in this one it was one (and maybe also much faster like you said)
