I thought it gonna full-scale plot serious cool manhwa. But this chapter prove me otherwise. A lot LoL moments. Really, the art&story are top quality. Even the quantity of panels. Better than most isekai out there. (The scanslation great too!)

Ha, the main reason for the MC not refusing the hero's call is that he's such a nerd, he won't even skip on school when he's likely to be killed from it.

Ok so they always have to help humans, so why not make a counter wish when getting hunted by one? “Don’t eat me stupid fuck” and ez peasy. Although ig the MC is now fucked since he isn’t a strictly “human” anymore. Just get a human buddy to order them around. But what happens if wishes overlap? Huh.
