Am I seeing double or what, this happened in that other isekai where he was also "useless" with having status ailments only skills and he also want his revenge because he was thrown somewhere
Cast out MC treated like trash for his skill but turned out to be super strong then takes on a journey for revenge to the "Heroes", "Kingdom", and "Gods". Not a new plot, but the art is the best one out of others similar so far. A bit less gruesome too.
When the MC decided not to kill the assassins that were sent to kill his slave girl, I was like, OK! did you use your brain MC? I mean, why would you leave the assassins alive. He should have killed them all. I will let you live because I am so overpowered and now you can keep on killing other innocent people.
@muse
This is a problem with a lot of mangas.
Main chars that never kill anyone no matter evil.
Japanese stuff pretty much come in 2 categories, no one ever dies or edgelord slaughterfest.
Dunno people, there are A LOT of series with this same setting WAY worse than this one. Not that this one is anything great tho, but it feels like its being "punished" with a low rating just because it wasnt released before all the other series with a similar theme.
This series isn't exactly groundbreaking but it had potential to be fun. Then I read the WN and I saw that it all eventually goes downhill. Where I stopped reading the plot comes to a complete stop (mostly) and it devolves into a nonsensical harem (literally since besides 1 or 2 that were kinda maybe justified most of the harem leaves me with a sense of why are they even there?) where everybody is simply copying each other's actions like some mindless mob.
I hate being pessimistic like this but for the first time I have to say that the rating it currently has is probably too high if they are really going to follow the WN's plot.
This was fairly mediocre but then as usual the creepy "welp time to get me a slave" plot device showed up and our modern Japanese person decides "Yep, I'm cool with slavery". Like fucking always.
Yeah, I still don't understand the need for a slave encounter in most Isekais. Some are alright, but most are just there for the sake of adding in a damsel in distress scene and then adding her to the party/harem, which is done poorly most of the time.
