To borrow an extreme example - somebody is free to eat shit, and I'm free to feel grossed out by it. Having morals and standards is not bullshit; it's how you grow into a respectable adult. There's a limit to how much leeway you should give your children, and this girl's parents clearly failed to raise her right.
That being said, I'm mainly grossed out because this feels like a plot straight out of H-manga, but it's being played out like a high school romance. The two simply do not mesh well, and there are much better things to read in both of these respective categories, in my opinion.
Now, you can laugh at me for taking "Author's fetish: The Manga" too seriously.
