Nah, that wasn't specific about dragon. It's just random example of something that definitely isn't livestock. You can replace it with something like farming monster boar as pig or raising monster wolf as pet dog like every other isekai. and the MC did just that in a few chapter. And my question is more about farming (raising for meats and stuffs) than about make something into pet since they keep mentioning the skill is only good for "livestock".
