The last uploads are snipes by an mtl for profit group. Like UToon and Asmodeus Scans.

They do quick dirty mtl translations and release just enough past the current group and then go lock the other chapters as "premium" chapters which forever stay locked until they feel like updating (usually just to stay ahead of any existing group)

The irony is sometimes they just flat out rip and bootleg from the existing en releases from the publishers official releases so if ppl are going to "pay for coins" then just grab it from the official apps at least the artist gets a cut

I'm glad they give a reason for 'Tame' to be considered weak with the fact you need to defeat the monster to use it. In a society that focuses primarily on only training based off the skills received, the average person is not going to go around beating up monsters on their own because they didn't get the combat buff from their innate skill and likely considered training a dead end. And while a noble family considers it bad, the fact its listed in relationship of domestic animals means it still does have a use. So most people who get the skill probably find work on stables or forms.

Still expect this to be mostly paint by the numbers for everything, but I appreciate when widely thought useless skill is secretly OP at least has something going on with it other than everyone is dumb.

Maybe it is also a 'Tame (Special)' with the special not showing, like in some other 'I got a garbage skill, but it is actually the strongest.' stories. 'Create (godly)' instead of 'Create (normal)'.

Otherwise all Tamers could upgrade their attributes over multiple animals and then defeat a weak monster. Unless there is an unmentioned number limit for tamed creatures, so you can not spam tamings.

P.S.: The last sentence is answered in chapter 9, which also has some really adorable drawings.🐶

Man, meta in any game with skills gets solved the same day players get these skills. Pretending like an entire civilization rose around such a system and nobody noticed is just silly. And this one provides an obvious escalation loop. You find a monster you can beat up. You tame it. Together you beat up slightly stronger monster. After x amount of iterations you've tamed Divine Dark-scaled Dragon Beast of Seven Heavenly Winds, Transcendant Avatar(protection from magic). If you're lucky it transforms into a beautiful girl. The end.
