i guess would be hard to blow up on them for contaminating the operating room when they wont know what germs and bacteria are

They need security personnel for the clinic. Such people wouldn't be that expensive to hire, they just need to make sure they are trustworthy by making background checks. It would be really costly for them if the place is simply ransacked, let alone if stuff like this keep happening, when outsiders barge in in the middle of an operation.
