Ended like it existed, very middling. Characters weren't really interesting, relationship wasn't very engaging, felt like it lost its plot quickly. The fact that it tried to switch a few chapters in to imitating TGSWIIWAGAA (and like, that is entirely what it did) but like without the style or charm or dynamic just kinda felt bad. Probably should've been like an ~50 page oneshot or so.

People are disappointed 'cause there's no kiss? There's A TON of romance manga with ZERO KISSES, even yuri. I can understand if someone says that the ending is rushed or forced, or that they expected the manga to be longer. But if you think the factor that decides whether a manga is good or not is whether the main characters kiss, then maybe you should deepen your reading skills.

I would agree with you if they didn't spend almost the last two chapters prepping and teasing a kiss. If they just let them confess and cut out the sleepover portion then I wouldn't have been so disappointed. Chapter 12 felt completely useless. Forced and rushed endings which you say are understandable, can include no kisses like this. You don't have to insult people's reading comprehension on something like this. Weird.

but for real, while I agree that a kiss doesn’t change the validity of their feelings for each other, we’ve had two cliffhangers building up to one. so in this instance, I think disappointment is reasonable.

pretty sure they did kiss. It's just not shown. 12.3 and 12.4 were released as one chapter. So kana takes intiative and kisses her and that's why she calls her useless.

yeah they definitely kissed in the last chapter. Appearently the last panel of ch.12.3 is not a cliffhanger but the scene after they kissed. you'd get it if you read the first page of ch12.4
