a bonus is it seems to be a copy of the wizards cognition. so it would be as accurate as possable, perhaps with improvements added in. mc got a golden ticket it seems.

Ironically, if they didn't try to save Leon before, he'd probably survive.
He froze in fear after pulling the lever after all, and it seems the area near the lever is actually safe, so he won't get crushed like the way he died.
Or maybe the mechanism wouldn't trigger if he isn't standing straight, in that case tough luck I guess.

did the other dungeons also have a control room with an AI like this? maybe i'm misremembering but weren't the origins of the dungeons and how they worked a mystery? if some of them have already been conquered shouldn't everyone have known how they were made and by who?

Dunno about normal dungeons, but way back in chapter 27 (page 18) it's mentioned that they know these emotion dungeons were made by this guy, La Fietza (tl'd in this chapter as Feetza). Don't remember if there's any other mention for why he made them.

This is…surprisingly anticlimactic in the conquering. I’m assuming the excitement was front-loaded with the Leon betrayals. I really hate how they blame themselves/feel pity for Leon, it’s really bad characterization for them to sympathize with a guy who betrayed and tried to kill them multiple times. But hopefully this becomes much more interesting once they get out of there.
