I don't mind the taste of even RAW broccoli at all, it's just so difficult to eat when raw and in big pieces. If it's chopped up and put in a salad, it's ezpz to eat.
I don't like to eat it boiled cause a lot of the nutrition is lost.
I wanna checkout how it tastes steamed, though, since steaming doesn't make it lose nutrition (or at the very least, very little of it is lost).
