@evilpeach Since they also mentioned it was pure muscle, I'd guess the thought would be that it's a very firm muscle and normally hard to eat, but since it's also without sinews or any other disturbing elements, with a long slow cooking you could get a very soft yet flavorful meat. (And maybe there's some cartilage on the outside holding the shape together, making for a showy serving.)

"complete" status means the raws are finished.
And this manga is indeed complete at 42 chapters from what I can see.

Mangas that have everything translated have an "end" tag on the last chapter.
Most of the time anyway, there are some exceptions like if the manga is divided in multiple parts like for example Ascendance of a Bookworm

Here is an example of a manga that has the end tag Dungeon Seeker for example
( its an ok read if you like Isekai and revenge porn protagonists, but there are far better manga´s out there... I just picked it at random from my completed page )
