It really is a bit hard to follow the flow sometimes, the fact that she knows her face now can make things very interesting but aside from some silly faces and jokes, not much has changed it seems.

Everything feels a bit random but I guess it will all makes sense later (like the girl in social media or the game boss)

@Krune She probably means Anabelle the possessed doll from the conjuring series. As it's a doll made back then, it would be made out of porcelain.

To have porcelain like skin just means it's smooth and without blemishes.
