"Ein Prosit der Gemütlichkeit" is more accurately translated to "A cheers to cosiness". There is a real song with this title. The German in the song is a dialect used in the Bayern region so it's different from standard German.

"Prosit" is the older version of "cheers" which is not in use anymore, instead the slightly shortened "Prost" is used.
