In real life sure, in fiction idgaf. Is it wish fulfilment and regurgitated slop seen too often in romcoms? absolutely but who cares. Even more so for a goofy manga like this.

You can do that and write a harem. It's not hard. You make it sound like it's impossible when in reality most writers are just lazy and defer to your criticism.
