Yep, you see this a plenty in real life as well.
Just because women and girls are more used to kinship with one another (not talking about sexual kind, more of teasing nature) there is always this one girl that thinks that gives her the green light to just go full sexual harassment because the other tolerate her aggression. -_-,
They usually either end up bitter or ostracised by the end though. At least in real life. Though this type is likely the one that will get by fine for as long as no one genuinely pushes a case against her.
