She also knows that the fact she is a model is what is holding him back, so she is pushing his buttons to try and make him worried/angry enough to just blurt out his feelings. She does it in the painful way that she does because she is a bit hurt that even though he knows what her job is, he doesn't come off as jealous at all, and like anyone, especially a teenage girl, she wants to be wanted by the person she loves.

The series was meant to be highkey self-insert so yeah the male partners will never have a face. Osananajimi boy here didnt even have a buzzcut in the monday shorts or the volume long one iirc.
Easiest way to separate them is through minor facial stuffs(he’s trying to make them different)
Oniisan is the most generic short hair no nothing. Teacher has some sort of sort beard, Mikobro wears glasses, senpai has some sort of bangs etc
