Did the mangaka finish it, continue it or for whatever reason cancelled it?...

To everyone asking what's going on with this series/where are new chapters/continuation???

These were originally released as doujins during the COMITIA 124/125 events. The author plain and simple has not released any more chapters.
They've been busy doing other series such as パチン娘 and Kanako's Life as an Assassin, along with whatever else Mr. Wakabayashi is doing right now.

If you want to see more of this series, support it by buying the official English versions from the website, and by sending them tweets about how much you enjoyed it.

Who knows, a couple more COMITIA's down the line and we may get to see more.

TL;DR : This is a doujinshi released along with a monthly magazine, not an independent monthly publication nor webcomic... So there'll be no updates unless the author decides to.
