Far be it from be to imply that this manga has any sort of logical consistency, but it's been established that she is very tall even naturally—and that's even without the heels she's always wearing.

Tall, yes, but she's kinda drawn like...an order of magnitude larger when they're just sitting in the sauna. Maybe the artist just can't resist going down the giant onee-sama route even before the plot calls for it.

Edit: actually the shots of them running to/from the sauna are even more extreme.
