To be fair, there's no guarantee that the chapters are all in chronological order. Though I doubt timelines are the main concern of most mangaka that make manga like this.

I live and breath for smaller characters ending up bigger when two characters "get big". Needless to say this chapter has made me happy.

True,aside from plot narratives,each one is basically a self contained daily segment with new stuff due to plot developments.

So I decided to look at the most recent chapter that I can remember being focused on height comparisons with both Oriko and Madoka present (chapter 113), and although we don't get a direct comparison between the two of them, Madoka is about 3/4ths of a head shorter than Stella, who in turn is about shoulder-height to Oriko. So her height in this chapter (at least on page 4, when we actually see them side by side) is actually pretty consistent with that.

And going by the numbers, Madoka is about 4'9" while Oriko is slightly over 6' tall, or about 80% of Oriko's height. So, going by the side-by-side comparison coming out of the shower, that's pretty much spot on, yeah.
