Oriko's Mom was an Alien who was a Giant naturally like Stella which is why I theorize they might be sisters, but back in the day Oriko's mom created a drink that actually shrank her to normal "human" size or at least experimented in trying to make it she was also the one who rescued and brought Sebastian to Orihito and Oriko Sebastian created the gigantification drink based off of Oriko's Mother's shrinking drink I believe
