Chances are it's nothing but some early concepts for Jhirav and Madoka (as well as maybe Oriko, in a "what if she didn't get the city as a birthday present" scenario), where they are also from rich families. I mean, he's got dark skin, white hair, and almost completely white eyes so I doubt it's anyone but him. Still, the author did put Mother's Mark on the invader (possibly right before posting) so it's possible they want this to at least be part of the Ojouverse for potential use in the future. It was posted to tide people over because nikukaiQ felt unwell and wasn't able to complete a full chapter by this week.

Oriko's dad has shoulder-length hair - this guy's hair is a lot longer. Also, this mysterious disguise bit doesn't really seem like his style - he tends to be a lot more upfront about things whenever he shows up.

It was probably to also help sell the "This is a fictional world where science can basically do what we need it to" idea early on. It also helps from having to repeat the same "Oh, I'm naked and so embarrassed" bit every time they grow.

Yup it's the early version of the manga and early character designs were already shown some chapters ago.
Buff Giraffe is cool but cute Giraffe is better (imho)!
