It's called 螺旋麗嬢 スパイラルお嬢様 超髪のマキナ (Rasen Reijo Spiral Ojou-sama Choukami no Makina) and releases December 7th. So far, it looks like it's Japanese exclusive.

The name roughly translates to "Beautiful Girl Spiral Ojou-sama Super Hair Makina."
