One of the alternative titles for this is "Galaxy Warring State Chronicles Rai" either that or my suggestion should be the translated title in the headline
"Galactic Civil War Chronicle Thunder Jet" is too much of a mistranslation since "Thunder Jet" is the odd way "Rai Ryuga" was sometimes translated
