I don't think Maika is trying in any way to gaslight Momo, it looks like she's hurt from the connection Momo built with Ayame, and this feels more like a situation where she can't deal with her own feelings, very rarely you can find people at that age with the tools to deal with this kind of thing in an effective manner, so it feels kinda realistic to me to see their friendship crumbling this way. Doesn't mean they can't digest all this and patch things up later, but this is definitely something you can't rush.
Now when Momo says she's the same as Maika, maybe she feels like Maika is pushing her and Yuki away in the same way she did to other friends in the past when she couldn't understand what they meant with love and romance?
I feel like I've been in similar situations to both Momo and Yuki in the past, so I guess that's why I felt like going a bit on this tangent.
No one to thank for the scanlation this time, so just nice chapter, looking forward to the next one!
