Dumb plan. Who is stupid enough to dump his 3 girlfriends only for one girls just because she has dedication? She could spend that time trying to win him over with something else (talking, seduction, etc...) Or just give up alredy and accept the harem condition

For some reason I thought the whole montage was all in her head because I didn't believe that she was killing a few boars but apparently this was all real. She has great perseverance & ambition but already expecting him to turn her down. Thanks for the translations.

That pacing lol looks like Hiroyuki really might be planning on ending the series for sure soon possibly, or at the very least, tie up Hoshizaki's entire subplot, but considering she's literally the last semi-MC-tier character left with an unresolved character arc and the only one out of the four main girls that isn't part of the harem, it's literally the only conflict we have left in terms of long-term arcs.

So regardless of whether or not she gets rejected and FO's, or she finally relents and tries to get into the harem and has to appeal to them or gain their approval (which tbf could be a new extension arc all on its own afterwards, but then again Hiroyuki ain't Miyajima Reiji, and this ain't KanoKari lol) and gets accepted either after Naoya rejects her offer to be the only girlfriend, unless we get an entirely brand new story arc with new characters and conflicts, this feels like a final arc tier closing lol

For real though, man's got three girlfriends with all three girls being 100% all-in on their harem, with Saki even being female-Naoya, since she's got just as much thirst and time left in horny jail for Nagisa and Shino. Who the hell would give up an entirely better deal where he lives with a completely consented to harem with three girlfriends lmfao

High School isn't actually manditory in Japan, you can just go out into the workforce if you want and are capable of it.

Though it definitely wouldn't do her attendance record any good if she was actually trying to graduate.

Don’t feel too bad for Mirika. Friendly reminder to everyone that her intention is to completely break up Naoya’s entire relationship and pidgeonhole him into something he doesn’t want (and has worked himself to the bone just as much as her to accomplish.)

Does Japan not have any kind of anti-truant laws or whatever? The fact that a schoolgirl can just take a month off to go live on an island seems odd.
Is because in Japan, Compulsory Education is only upto Middle School, High School is not compulsory so you would see some people drop out of school, though the majority still end up finishing it, so her skipping out a month or something is not going to get her into any trouble with the Law, only thing that is going to happen is that her attendance is going to shit if she still plan to finish it, depending on the school lol
