So um, I agree they're better than normal ones, but I don't know about a harem with this kind of plot (I don't like them in the first place). Cuz there's a chance the whole cast would just be mindless vampire servants all simping on the MC and that would suck (pun not intended).

I think it was damn obvious, but those supposed brainwashing powers I seriously doubt are working.
That other girl simply seems to be a bit pervy and into the protagonist.

Yeah having MC possibly brainwashing people into being horny for her sounds awful... But I doubt that's the case.
I mean, think about it. The other girl doesn't act brainwashed at all... Just really submissive but considering MC -a cute girl- went and bite her neck. Maybe that woke some masochistic side in that girl and made her think MC basically confessed her sexual/romantic interest in a weird way.
I'm not even sure if that girl is aware MC is a vampire for real. She could very well think they are roleplaying.
Especially makes me doubt the brainwashing is real because MC is just trying to get a follower in a wholesome vampiric way... It's the other girl that makes everything sexual as hell. And when MC gets nervous and embarrassed the other girl seems confused about why.

I mean the outcome I expect is also freaky and kinda degenerate lol
The other girl basically entered a pseudo master-servant relationship with MC, a girl she just met, and it's obviously mega horny and crushing for her.
But yeah, it would be on the wholesome consensual side of freaky and degenerated

I'm guessing the twist will be that Ruruna is so inexperienced she doesn't actually know how to turn people into her servants and every girl she tries it with is actually just a lesbian who is horny for vampires.

If this really ends up as a mind control story I'll have to drop it, not my thing.
