I didn't really like this either cause the first chapter put me off, probably gonna drop it in a few chapters if it gets too freaky. You can't invalidate an opinion. That's a fact. No one is gonna think what you think when they see people say that. It's not even about winning or losing, just let people enjoy what they enjoy. Most people that don't like something don't try to ruin it for others, they just don't freaking read it. You're the minority, And this is the only case where the minority is the problem This is why we prefer Tapas, on here there's just a bunch of no life's hating on something perfectly fine because they don't think other people should like it. If you can't get past it and have to answer him like you took it personally, when he's just talking to no one, just commenting what he feels like, and he's right to do that, then it's a you problem.

I just spent like 3 paragraphs saying that he's the one trying to invalidate opinions. I really don't think I was thinking that his opinion didn't matter at that moment, but rereading that's definitely how it looks.. I admit I was probably being stupid saying that he should stop commenting and because that is the same thing as saying he can't express his opinion. He doesn't have to like this, he can say he doesn't like it. I was wrong there.

What I'm having a problem with is the mountains of people that want nothing more than for a work that many other people enjoy to crash and burn and for the author to never make any story again.

I got mad and probably contradicted what my own beliefs are, but I believe that my original issue with what he said was just that he was being really mean.

The way he phrased it especially sounded like he was going from work to work just to come here and talk about how bad all of the authors stories are. I even agreed that I didn't like this manga very much I just don't see the point in being that mean in your comment when you can just let people enjoy the story instead, maybe that's just me.
