It's there, just re-read chapter 11, when Mafuyu sings and we see a flashback of his argument with Yuki from 2 days before Yuki killed himself. At the very end, what we can see them shouting is:

"Can't you just trust me? I can't live without you!" - Yuki
"Then why don't you go and die for me?" - Mafuyu

..Honestly, I just don't see how in the world Mafuyu will *ever* really move past..that. Especially that I do believe Yuki was his.. soulmate, love of his life or whatever else you might want to call it. We will see, I guess.

@monozuki Idk, there has to be more to it than that. One incident in an otherwise happy life is unlikely to drive someone to suicide. But this is a story and not real life, so I guess it could be that simple. We'll probably never know anyway, since it would all be Yuki's POV.

@Leigh86 Don't forget these are teenagers we're talking about. While I do see how there might be more to the story, I can also accept easily that Yuki really did off himself just because of that. I can see Yuki also thinking how by doing this he will forever monopolise Mafuyu's heart - ot at least some part of it, binding him to be forever under his influence without a possibility to escape. You can't escape from someone who's already dead, right? You can accept it, but it will always, always remain deeply burried within. Irreplacable and non-negotiable.
