I'm sure gonna miss this manga after 3 year of reading, been a wild ride not best ending but still great & understandable with Gov & alien work together

That's the way you end with series
And let me say that. I love the sending it highlighted how absolutely insane the story was to begin with. But them becoming the heroes of humanity. Plus becoming a couple which they kind of already were but now it's a bit more official.

Overall not a terrible last arc but it left a lot to be desired.
  1. Glasses guy twist was fine, but defeating him should have been more impactful instead of just delaying what MC planned to do anyways.
  2. Animal girl dying felt forced. If the author planned to do that she shouldn't have even survived the encounter with Honoka when they were doing the memory thing. It would have been more impactful for her to be sacrificed there rather than dying off screen later.
  3. Older sister dying felt forced, giving her power over was obviously incredibly forced.
  4. The older sister team's jobbing was at a completely disgraceful level given how much they played up Subaru early on.

Finally finished this series thanks to a random like in this forum reminding me it exists.
  • Lame final boss, but he's right, everyone pretty much forgot about him. The nerd really came out of nowhere.
  • Wish they kept the scale smaller (like, just the country or maybe the city the most) instead of global. Makes the stakes feel more personal even with friends dying.
  • The ending is just ok at most, but I don't mind. That voyeur nerd coming out of nowhere did NOT do the finale any favors though.

Shuichi sealing out the remaining aliens alone on his own, but forgetting Claire would gladly help dealing with it was kinda dumb, because if he didn't manage to do it they all would be surprised by a sudden comeback of undefeatable force that still dwell within him refusing to vanish.

I strongly disagree with how Ikeuchi whole arc was treated by most people, he was betrayed and left out, abandoned by whole Sayaka party, growing heartbroken after he seen Shuichi with Chihiro intimate moment.
Ikeuchi had plenty of moments in the story where we knew he will have inevitable comeback and will bite them in the ass.

Elana end was sealed when she chosen to erase Shuichi memories of her, sure he got some memories of her relationship with him through Chihiro help, but already formed feelings for Claire so things would be awkward and in the end she sacrificed herself for their future together.

The deal with the Aliens was nicely played out, bit of a cliche, but obviously everyone would jump in on the delicious alien tech.

I see that Kasukabe has became a magical girl idol... but... aren't those guys with cameras looking for pantsu photos?!?

Claire and Shuichi involvement in the final battle was played out on giant screens all over the world by Ikeuchi, something he always wish for was a nice goodbye for him and made them heroes.
Despite their betrayal, he actually helped them out in the end... honestly, they didn't deserved it as they didn't really acknowledge how they treated him.

Most importantly, Shuichi finally was the one who entered Claire and it was even a make up seggs.

Noice.

That was a nice story, bit too much lewd that got distasteful and boring, what's worse was Claire leaving Nana along with Kasukabe to being raped by Sayaka as an excuse for her "special contract" deal, which was played out for laughs... I mean, c'mon...

9/10
