I dont think he's that much of a creep to go raping the girl he likes but he is likely to do something stupid justifying it would help her and the rest of the team (aside from Shuichi and Claire) when in reality it would hinder if not hurt or kill them.

Glad to see at least someone call Ikeuchi out on his shit (even if he did enable him to cause more problems in the future).

Madoka has threaten to join him or be killed, he beaten up that "mountain climbing" girl and let his "friends" who also were in his group of "die or join" to desecrate her body.

Madoka didn't care about what person was in his group, there were even two corrupted perverts Morita and Sudo who wouldn't hesitate to sexually abuse people by using their power.

Only Abukawa, Shuichi school friend was seemingly pure, but got threaten to be in Madoka group or he would die.

He threaten Sayaka group to pick one of them to get killed, just because they killed people from his party in self defense.

Madoka was a hypocrite and sociopath, he wasn't "the best character", he was an asshole that deserve to die.

Coward and pervert Ikeuchi misunderstood Claire, he ran away from them before knowing her plan was to lure them out into the poisonous flower field as she did.
He was supposed to do that instead of her, he wasn't in any danger.

Now Ikeuchi got some coins, was mislead by Madoka and will betray his former group, probably will do something nasty to Chihiro...
