Just implement policies, do campaigns and try to create better environments for people instead of dumping who knows how much into time travel and other suggestive-looking technology only for the sake of observing horny people get freaky in uncontrolled environments!

Honestly, overall it doesn't make sense. Its more like a few smaller adventures packed into one.

I don't know how special that guy is but I do understand the law of conservation of mass. There's no way he couldn've released that much. (Yes I know its a gag)
Main antagonist having a nun aesthetic was predictable and makes sense on paper but there's so little left for the imagination anyway so it doesn't make sense with the character. I know your priorities.
The "love" between the doctor and the mc was poorly established. Oh they're just secretly/subconsciously into each other now?
Just iron was enough? Ok...
Also what does our MC learn? Be more confident?
I'm sure many would find this functional in that regard.
