This is getting confusing, do not know if it i the translator or the author, as Aki wasn't that stupid before, just naive from coming from another world.

@Abetillo It's because of her conviction. She seem to really understand situation, yet drawing unorthodox conclusion that ended up true.
In other words, her heart is pure. Pure protagonist boolsh*t.

I do love that it's back - but let's just pause to put something in perspective - allowing for the quality of the translation, Aki has revealed that she was aware that Mimit is a demon - this correlates to chapter 17 where Level 99 hero-san flared her god's protection sight on Mimit.

Aki still wants to run a pacifist run. God help her...

It's confusing but also makes sense that they all ended up friends, because they're all misfits and have been bullied to varying degrees. Mimit is horribly shy and timid, and was bullied by other monsters. She gradually got better after Goblin/Wasabi befriended her. Aki is bullied because she's too kind and also her throwing up when revived. She's also/i] gotten better (and stronger) since Goblin was nice to her and eventually befriended her. Granite is bullied by her parents' maids, and disliked by most heroes and adventurers because she's kind of crap at fire magic and way too aggressive, getting herself and her party members killed. And Goblin is sorta bullied by heroes and adventurers who just want to kill her because she's a Goblin.
