@Chucholain As mentioned before, Demons when initially born have the option to change their forms. Some become grotesque abominations, but many retain their humanoid forms. Since the Demon Lord can change his form at will even now, then I'm assuming Mimit, as well as other Demons, can as well. Pretty sure it's not a case where their original form is still there if they lose mana or whatever, but rather their form changes permanently until they change it again.

More importantly, however, I believe Mimit never actually changed her form or grew older. She's always been well endowed and doesn't seem to have grown any taller. It's just that her "Dad" was very tall and she's always just been kinda short. Only reason why she might look tall or older right now is because she's often compared to a literal Goblin(whom typically have always been shorter than the average human) as well as a middle-school girl, not to mention she has a much more mature look now whereas before she seemed to have a more carefree look or a more dainty look, depending on where in her life she is currently viewed at.
