The chapter was a bit woozy with more Chino's and Cocoa's than usual with slightly different behaviors. The paranormal and mystery this time is quite a step up than the previous Halloween events in the story and involves more characters.

Its interesting that Saki returns around once again, but shows up to Cocoa and the Ginger sisters though not to Chino yet.

LOL about the gun really firing since its been just a prop throughout the story until this chapter.

That last page makes me wonder if the next month's chapter is their Halloween party and potentially show a group shot of them in their costumes.

Yeah, the lines the fake spirits said are important, I hope Chino goes back to that eventually now that Cocoa told her why they said that.

Also if Chino figured out it was all real thanks to grandpa coming back (and the twins talking about her mom) then she could realize Cocoa really went into the future.

Those spirits gathered in a dark blob in page 5 though, they remind me of the ones in Urara Meirochou, I wonder if it's an intentional reference? Not the first time they would reference another kirara manga.

Chino wishing deep inside to be with Cocoa forever is so precious. Now that Cocoa told her what those fakes mean, Chino will have to face her inner desires in the near future.

Also, this is most likely the last supernatural chapter of this arc, right? And the next chapter is likely going to be a Halloween party and also a conclusion to the event.

By the way, I was re-reading and found that gramps (barista with rabbit head) looks like the depiction from Aoyama’s illustration that Chino colored (or rather, altered since Chino’s style is quite unique) from Barista that turned into a rabbit (ch. 163, pg. 3). So, it’s either a nice touch and/or some sort of flag/sign.
