@yurirei This is done by another group, which pretty much sniped the series as vol 9 was released about a week ago, so the group that has translated so far has barely had any time at all to go through, translate and get all the references they like including. This release will be good for getting the story faster, but I will always prefer the old group(s).

I don't have any problems with old or new. I read both of them and will read again if old group is back. However, I don't really feel ok with the new format number because it cause the missing tab appearing. And yes, I know they are different, and maybe new team try to avoid overlap with old team so they use this format. But unless they have a plan to fill the rest missing number (which they might not). This will be trouble to follow up.

@ScarredSceptile It's not a snipe, the old group said they won't be translating anymore because of the official localization.
@yurirei I'll talk with the typesetter/uploader about the chapter numbers, I don't know why they chose to change that.
Though this per-volume numbering scheme doesn't really seem to go well with Mangadex's system, so maybe the old chapters should all be renumbered instead? idk

Thanks. The format number bases on the whole manga has its advantage as well so I don't see any reasons to object it. However, it might take a lot of work to deal with. Are you guy sure about reformat from all over again?

The path of least resistance would be to continue the old per-volume numbering, but then there's the issue of magazine chapters not yet released in volumes...
