I don't see racist stuff as a bad thing since the manhwa was created for Korean auditory. Not everything in this world must be tolerant, inclusive, and non-discriminative regardless of your race. You can't be nice to everyone, otherwise you're going to get a bland and retarded product, just like most of American films these days.
But I agree that the GoB's story is silly and feels like a comedy.

There is no way the waiter would say they were "Ordered to serve you" because that is quite an insult in any upper end hospitality enterprise. It directly implies these people would be turned away except that the shop was ordered to serve them. This is an upper end restaurant in an upper end hotel in South Korea.
