I don't get it, some chapters people are able to tell cultivation level from a look and then other chapters they can't seem to tell? Like this dude is only at the 4th Ling Qi Layer while Lin Feng is at least 7+ (not mentioned if he moved past 6 since fusing with his sword or whatever, but can assume he's much stronger now). This guy is an insect compared to Lin Feng, I'll just chop it up to inconsistent writing, because it sure seems like it. Like when Ba Dao noticed Lin broke through to the 6th back at the Holy Institute.
