his(Mc) surname(last name) Chen and first is fei. So she's just showing their closeness and calling his name in a cute way i guess.

it should be langya (a place I believe) chen clan or just "langya's chen's". Just wanna ask again are you using MTL to translate or are native of the language or just learning I was curious.....

I suggest you use google translation app on a phone where you can use the camera function. That way you can highlight the words individually and even check the various possible meanings of a word. But overall MTL even the app likes to shorten the translations so going sentence per sentence increases accuracy, even going word-to-word like the sword and the scroll should be immortal device or something but it'll just translate as fairy most of the time....
