Why is no one else outside? That looked like fairly large city so why aren't there any night dwellers? Even in the smaller areas there are always the night dwellers. Where they at?!

@ReWeeb The sad truth is even if there was someone around they would probably not help because sad to say most people don't have the courage to stand up in that sort of situation and then you have idiots that rush in without a plan and make the situation worst and end up needing to be helped out of the situation. From personal experience those tend to be the two cases, the first being more prevalent out of the three types of people with the third and the rarest, even rarer then the occasional second, being the people that actually gage the situation and make sure they can be of help by knowing how to be of help. Also just because the first one doesn't step in to help doesn't make them trash, now if they don't even bother to call any emergency services or anyone to help then yes they are trash.
