Kinda sad he's so slow at copying skills; would have loved something like him use the bully's skill to kill it, just to rub it in his face. Of course, if he did that though, the bully would try to claim credit since it was his power, etc.

Also, were the details of skills public? Since his evolved one is a bunch better, and avoiding too much stretching out his lies about what it can do.
