guys we will most likely drop this series after 15 16 chapter
because i peak thorugh the next chapters and she dosnt get punished or anyone for that matter and MC just moves on to the next city after defeating her and we have almost zero motivation to continue it (i checked it till around ch 38 39)

I'm not sure where your disbelief is located on, so I've got two separated answers. And I realize that it could amount to a relatively large wall of text to some readers, so I'ma compartmentalize it in spoilers so it won't bloat up the forum.
There are some people who fantasize about Mpreg, even though at best it's just a phenomenon of mind over matter and delusions creating a placebo effect that alters the hormonal output of the body but in no way actually amounts to the possibility of pregnancy. But that whole bit aside.
Of course there are a lot of unhinged people out there. If it wasn't the Mpreg part that got you weirded out, maybe it was the Inflation, or the gore or the vore or any combination of it all. Some also get off of misandry, just like how some get off on misoginy, just see the Ryona tag or CBT tag. Or don't. Some don't have a sex based fixation so gore is right up their alley.
I've seen enough debauchery and degeneracy across my entire life that nothing truly surprises me. So yeah, there are people out there who really likes this stuff.

Unless you were talking about the manga in general and not the particular desires of the characters there-in, to which the discussion is not about fetishes but just general stories to which I can just say I've seen stories with either worse or better writing tackling similar circumstances, so considering that, then there is a clear demand for twisted stories or comical stories, or comically twisted stories, or stories with dark humor.
Mind you, I don't really recall much of the story outside of just the fact that the MC is a retired demon lord with bone destroying/extracting martial art that causes bullshit side effects and that the entire story is basically a misandry themed world where effectively it's all about domination loss. The premise is already pretty much almost satire levels of just a setting to tell a very particular story, but that pattern is common in a lot of mangas like death games. As such I am uncertain what part you're calling out if it's just story wise. Though if it's due to the head's up preview that was given, then I can understand that dissatisfaction as well.
