This would be so-so, but the thematic inconsistencies kill it. I'd give it 5.5/10, rounded down.

You can't just add murder and mutilation for the shock value, and then go 'no biggie' afterwards.

Or rather, you can, because these are demons, but then you have to invest time into explaining non-human psychology, and tell us why the unapologetic serial mutilator is still a valid harem member just because she discovered she likes the MC better than torturing innocents.

Over all, this manga feels weirdly exaggerated and unbalanced, like a 15-year-old's first work.
The comedic nature of the protagonist (grandpa who gets temporarily younger) is at odds with the themes of slavery and oppression, and IMO the sexualization is at odds with the rest of it.

Again, it's possible to pull all this together, but. You. Have. To. Put. In. The. Work.
