I really love the idea of the manga but the pedophilia couldn't be over looked. When they met she was sixteen and he was twenty-six and her tutor. He was attracted to her light-hearted and encouraging personality, but she's sixteen, naive, and a kid that he was tutoring. I think he's more attracted to her clueless-ness and/or innocence because after three decades she doesn't pick up on his innuendos and doesn't hold herself like how a women who lived through a marriage and divorce should (which I expect to be mature, self-assuring, or at least knowledgeable). Instead her reactions and personality is reminiscent of her teenage self. It's as if she hasn't change in those three decades, which I find bland.
this manga had a lot of potential to be a slow-burn with intriguing conflicts because of their age gap and romance starting at an older age after experiencing life in their youth, but it didn't and problematically had their romance start at inappropriate ages.
I could go on complaining, and now have motivation to rewrite the entire story as a result.
