It's Welcome to the NHK + Curb Your Enthusiasm. I rate it highly (9) for toeing the line of black humor and wholesomeness. Characters are genuinely messed up losers paranoid sociopath but they haven't gone insane yet. If you are easily disturbed, fearful of being caught reading the 'wrong' manga then this is not for you. If your soul is already pitch black and you want an afternoon chuckle I recommend this.
