I wanna know too.why were they bannered?
“Mod Note: This group has been locked due to it breaking clause 5.2.22 from the website's Terms of Service.”I wanna know too.
there does not appear to be a fifth section to either the terms or the site guidelines so that's kinda weird.“Mod Note: This group has been locked due to it breaking clause 5.2.22 from the website's Terms of Service.”
Not gonna pretend I read it, but if anybody’s knowledgeable on that, there’s the answer.
Per mod note, it's from the mainsite's Terms of Service which is a separate page. The link is at the very bottom of left side menu under Dex-chan, on main site. The terms page you linked is for the forum.there does not appear to be a fifth section to either the terms or the site guidelines so that's kinda weird.

Very weird that they were banned when half the people in here either translate for money (commisions) or do so to bring people to their website (1 chapter delayed by a week)Per mod note, it's from the mainsite's Terms of Service which is a separate page. Well there’s definitely been a double whammy of a bunch of those groups using a lot of really crappy translation methods too.Love that MangaDex can waste time adding stupid things like an on-screen comment section for paid members and a "timeline" no one looks at but doesn't put in some method to notify a user that a manga they are following just got nuked/stripped of chapters because of a group getting banned.
Also is it just me or are the mods getting very aggressive with the ban hammer lately on these translation groups? I get some were egregious and holding things behind entire paywalls for nearly a year at points, but some are like a week or two delay and are given the same treatment.

I thought this seemed familiar but I couldn't find it the other aggregators I check when chapters are gone from MD.Deja vu? Yeah, this used to be a project by SACACHISPA SCANLATION before they got banned from MangaDex

Now I gotta figure out which series this group did and see if I can find alternatives.
They've tried to turn themselves into a company. And I strongly question their choice of country (UK) to form that company in given how OfCom is acting like they're the Internet Police. TBH though I'm not sure about the UK's rules regarding copyright so that might be the reason. Might not have to put up with the section 230 bs we've got in the US.sites just been getting crappier and crappier tbh

Thanks for the upload. Not sure about this one, it'll need to stand out more.
