I like how after they ringed themselves (aka married), it seems like their shyness/inhibitors gone away and they are both kinda thirsty for each other, her especially so
Call me a traditionalist, but this is exactly what marriage should be. That's why the first night is called consummating the marriage. When you love someone enough to make that level of commitment, desiring a physical relationship with your spouse should be a natural outpouring of that love, and the act itself is the strongest affirmation of it that anyone can offer to another. Not the only affirmation by any means, but the strongest. And you shouldn't need to look elsewhere for it. This is by far one of the most wholesome depictions of a married couple I've ever read, not just because of the implied sex but because we get to see the little acts of love they do for each other along with it. It's there, but it's not the main focus, and personally, it's not what I'm reading this for.
Now, there's a gigantic can of worms sitting out nearby, but I'm not going to be the one to open it.
