I don't get it. They should have been able to remove his organs by kicking him in the head. There's a giant plot hole in this story and I'm in disbelief that the writer would forget these simple things.

Nanami had plenty of obtained memories from Vingulf scientists and people she probed when she went outside looking for him, it probably overloaded Edda too. Loki doesn't realise that he is pretty much in same situation as Murakami as he also is connected to Edda.

At least, that's how can be rationally explained...

Well, even though Kazumi was a yandare thinking about herself and once tried to sacrifice all of them to Vingulf, in the end did the right thing and managed to save Murakami memory.
Sadly, didn't get pregnant, too late realised forcing herself in unrequited love, instead finding someone else.
