Oooh alright, i've been wondering about that actually. To be honest i'm actually thinking that the black haired one is a woman. But at one of the panels, she actually called the black haired one as "Papa-san".
edit: Alright i've re read the raws, and Yep the MC called her "Mama -san". My sleep deprived Dumbass just somehow Mistaken the katakana for "Ma with Pa"

Yep funny enough, today literally same with this manga situation, when I am went to my parents house outside prefecture.
