ODoes anyone have the original material? I wanted to translate it into Portuguese but it's hard to get it.

I wonder... assuming the orientation of the former Yakuza remains the same, perhaps this single mom might end up with a relationship with another woman while trying to make a new life? no romance tag, but I live in hope of genderswap yuri.

See I'd agree to disagree on that... but it's actually painfully difficult to find genderswap that doesn't Compulsory Heterosexual things, so I will continue to hope to see more yuri genderswap out there.

I think the premise is interesting! It also got me thinking “I wonder if there’s a manga where instead of a person reincarnating into a 15 year old body that is the most talented thing on earth, what if there’s a manga where someone reincarnates Crippled (and I don’t mean that they got an arrow to the knee) or they reincarnate into a body that is about to fucking die.

Yeah I'm increasingly suspecting that the MC was the one to father this kid, and that this reincarnation is karmic rebalancing.

hmm personally i dont think its him, it could be a twist, but it'd be bad writing imo. Like does he really seem to be that bad of a person, we even got a glimpse of his past as a kid right, no way anyone who grew up like that would do that to someone, he would know what it feels like to have no parents.

I'm sure the "being a yakuza" aspect of this manga plays more of a role in this at some point, but I find it pretty funny that this is effectively just a story about a new mom and the part about it being him in her body, raising her kid, is almost not relevant to what's going on at all. Feels like a goofy carrot-on-a-stick to get people to read a manga about a single mom raising her newborn baby alone, but I'm here for it.

As soon as he pulled the cork to the liquor bottle out of the omamori, I was pretty sure he was the dad. I'm guessing he was drunk, partying, having a good time, she got involved with him at some point, and he probably doesn't even remember it happening. She comes back to him later, he's got so much going on in that life, throws money at the problem to make it go away, and never thinks about it again. I bet you anything she was just a fling for him and he's the dad. If it's true, it's gonna hit him hard when he finds out, especially given how he grew up.

A theme that I rarely encounter, this series has broadened my view of pregnant women and giving birth and raising them, Made me aware of some things I didn't know before about raising children. It turns out that it is indeed difficult, complicated, tiring, and takes a lot of energy. Great series, I really appreciate it, keep going:3

What I feel is that "yakuza reincarnates into mother" is only the surface level plot but that it's really a story about new motherhood impostor syndrome. From what I hear lots of mothers can relate. The author is a mother and might be writing from personal experience.
